This is the 1100 kbps "Fighter Pilot" segment encoded at 640 x 360 but stretched to 1102 x 620. This is true streaming, not a progressive download. Also, as a demonstration, the controls are semi-transparent when you place your mouse inside the video display area.

Next, we will lower the bitrate to 755 kbps to achieve more streaming economy meaning less bandwidth will be consumed by each viewer with minimal quality sacrifice.
